And there was ZERO hint of the Office Scheduler feeling put out. That is RARE. For me it is. Through the process of the initial quote, the price, the followup, the numerous questions that arose from the engineer, contractor, myself, . . . Numerous - Denis not once failed to answer my call or promptly respond. Rare indeed. Ruben the owner is Kind, Communicative, Humble, Accommodating, Family Man. And he has put together one Heck of a Team. And ultimately, the hard work, and the Intention, the Attitude, the Care, and yes the craftsmanship. Concrete can be halfway done like anything else. "I have worked with many contractors over the years as we renovated a large 4000 sq foot home over two years from 2018 to 2020. And do we have contractor stories to tell! Lol. However, working with Jose & Son Lawn Services has been a delight. We have a large flagstone patio with cracks in the concrete and stones popping out. They were very helpful and cared about the quality of the job. They worked with me trying to match the color of the existing concrete and went out of their way to change out the sand, etc, to make it work. They left the place clean, but more importantly, the job looks fantastic!"
