It was a bit complicated because the failed boards were along the deck perimeter and required the dismantling of deck railing and other parts. Josh found the sole manufacturer of the boards (in Canada) and located distributers in the US and sorted out the delivery logistics...not a fun task. He called me and we discussed various options and came to an agreement on the cost and timing which I thought was very reasonable. "The painting was done very well, however, they were in too much of a hurry to leave and left a few small things unfinished. When we tried calling them back to get them to come back and complete those things, we received no response. Also, we requested to use a specific deck sealant, but they did not. The sealant had since worn off and we have to redo the whole thing."
