"Downstairs AC and air handler one day and upstairs the next. Placed tarps on hardwoods and carpets leading to the attic. Removed old units and installed new ones with new thermostats. This can be a noisy, disruptive, and messy process but installers kept it to a minimum. No damage to the house and a much better system is in place. We were given quotes on 3 systems. We chose the Trane XR16 system and final cost was exactly as quoted. New Ecobee3 thermostats solved a lot of issues with temperature differences between rooms and the thermostat at the top of the stairwell. System qualified for Duke power rebates, still waiting on those. Has only been less than a month but system so far has worked great!"

"I requested a 2-4 pm window and a specific technician, David, whom I know personally.  He arrived at 2:30 so we were off to a great start!  He went straight to work wearing floor-protecting booties.  He starting with re-familiarizing me with how my thermostats worked which was helpful, and changed my filters while he had his ladder out.  He left me with written recommendations on how I could sign up for an annual maintenance agreement, install a UV light, and of course, replace my rusting 14 year old system.  I did not require any repairs but will certainly call them back for a spring A/C tune up and for a price to replace the old system when the time comes.

"Salesman, Justin, was great. Very responsive to our needs. He was the lowest of five estimates for a new system. The installer, Doyle, was also great. Very professional and all work was performed as promised. They removed my old oil burner system and central air unit and replaced it with a Trane 3 ton heat pump. Doyle made sure the mess was cleaned up and all work was done as promised in 2 days. I would call them again if I had to do it all over again.
