The Installer DID NOT have or used any STUD Finder or any other tools to avoid hitting the sewer pipe during the installation thus clearly showing that Closets by Design does NOT care about the destroying customers homes or have the skilled or professional installers or they provide the, with needed tools or compensation to do a professional installation. After going to the showroom to pick out our slab, JM suggested a different slab that was more economical and that we actually liked better. Corian, Formica Solid Surfacing, Wilsonart Gibraltar and Livingstone Solid Surface, Avonite, Hi macs and more. We do not repair concrete, laminate, tile, cultured marble or stainless steel countertops. Our minimum job charge is $400.00. Small jobs such as cutting a countertop to shorten in length, caulk replacement only, would fit into this minimum category.
