This was my first experience with PC Paramedix and I could not be happier! I am homeschooling my 4 kids (6-14) this year and they each have subjects for which they need their Chromebooks. Imagine my horror when I discovered that my 6 year old spilled what seemed like a swimming pool's worth of liquid onto the keyboard. Within moments the screen went black and the whole thing became completely unresponsive. I'm not exactly experienced in the drowned-computer realm, so this may sound a little excessive, but I was certain that the computer had been fried and was irreversibly destroyed. However, upon receiving a recommendation to take the lifeless Chromebook to PC Paramedix, I decided to give it a try. After all, what could they possibly do to make it worse? I was greeted into this bright and tidy little business by a very kind gentleman who gladly accepted my proffered piece of still-dripping technology. Yes, it was still actually dripping liquid from a corner when tipped, which he respectively noted without irritation as it leaked into his hands. I filled out a form with my information and was told that I would hear from them the next day or, more likely, on Monday. You could not measure my elation when I received a call from them the next day telling me that my computer was fixed and ready to go! The gentleman working that day was also very kind and helpful, and the price was fantastic! I honestly couldn't believe how wonderfully everything turned out. They have gained a customer for life!

showed me with a list what they found and walked me through the steps I needed to follow to get the most from my laptop. Previously it took ~3 minutes to boot up, now less than 30 seconds. I recommend them with no qualms at all - like have a new laptop again.

Repair took 3 weeks, but it was they first searched for used parts to save me money, and then ordered new parts.
They previously saved lost files for me from a crashed disk, and i was very satisfied.

Carried my computer to them. They started work immediately. Completed work the next day. Price was fair and follow up was terrific.

I talked with the tech on the phone,  he told me to bring the computer in.. I took the computer in and called the next day to see if it was ready..  The tech told me it would probably be the next day before it was ready because he was running some scans on it.. I told him it was my business computer and he said he would try to have it ready that day..  I called me several hrs before the end of the day and told me it was ready..  I really appreciate them going the extra mile so that I could have my computer back asap..

Got an amazing Phantom Extreme Gaming tower! They really outdid themselves in building this awesome and extremely fast machine at a great price. On top of it all the staff is friendly and cool!

I was informed it would be completed and available for pickup by the 23rd and they called me on the 22nd to come and get it.  The price was very reasonable and was exactly as quoted.  They returned my laptop with the screen cleaned and in better shape than I left it.   They are a pleasure to deal with.

Villa Pierre, the service tech, was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. Gave me excellent service and the price was quite fair.

Technicians were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They did not rush!  They thoroughly explained and trained all the staff on new equipment and procedures. When we had a small glitch after the job was completed they responded very quickly.

Fixed with time frame given me. Price was fair for the work done. Computer now works fine. Staff was helpful with all questions. Will take a laptop to them for their deep cleaning service.
