Jimenez of LMJ General Construction LLC contacted me and visited my home to review the gazebo. He obtained the gazebo name and model number and downloaded the assembling instructions provided online (pdf). Once he reviewed the 111 steps guide, he contacted me and provided me a fair quote for the job. In addition, he was able to install the gazebo within five days of contacting me. In conversation with Luis, I also asked what other work his company perform, and he mentioned concrete, carpentry, renovation, etc. I had recently had a concrete patio installed and Luis was able to seal the concrete for me in addition to installing the gazebo. I would highly recommend LMJ Construction LLC for your project. The team arrived timely (8:00 a.m.) on Saturday morning, March 26 (a crew of three) and did an outstanding job assembling the gazebo. After assembling he also cleaned up the work area and stacked the cardboard boxes. I was also satisfied with the sealing of the concrete. "Hire this company. If you have lived in Brunswick or New Hanover County for long you know how difficult it can be hiring anyone reputable and reasonable. These guys are the real deal. The insulation went flawlessly fast. I did my research on what was needed and I got exactly what I paid for. They solved a perplexing electrical issue. They came back the next day and after hours of going through attic and switchâ s discovered that a security light on the far right pergola had gone bad. I had another one just in case.
