Michael with Tile Guys did a phenomenal job installing our backsplash. He came the next day provided the quote and answered all my questions plus offered great suggestions. I had to text him a couple of times with more questions and he responded quickly. He showed up on time and completed the job in 2 days. Everything was cleaned up and even left my some caulk that matched the grout color for any future needs. Price was very fair. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend Tile Guys!! You will not be disappointed.

These guys are simply the very best! Their quality of work is top notch. They were responsive, very detail-oriented, and flexible with our personal schedules. They were extremely respectful by laying down floor protection and always left the area clean each and every day. I have hired and fired two other contractors doing hurricane Florence repairs on my home and expect the best quality of work for my hard earned money. The Tile Guys met every possible expectation that I have for a contractor working on my home and as such, I give them the highest recommendation possible! Michael and Mark were excellent. The tile is beautifully installed. I would do more price comparison. I was on a tight schedule and they were available at the time I needed. Minor damage to wood floor that was not fully addressed.

The tile guys were wonderful! They provided a quick response and excellent service. They called back promptly, came the next day to give an in-home quote, they showed up on time, and worked with precision. They worked carefully and were VERY meticulous. They protected my wood floors and countertops before working on the backsplash. They cleaned up everything when they were done. I would highly recommend them for any tile job in my home. I will be sure to use them again.

The Tile Guys showed up promptly to give us an estimate, showed up on time two days later to do the job. They were very helpful in giving us tile ideas, picking up all the materials, etc. so we would not have to lift anything heavy and they were very well mannered, clean and professional.
