Best basement remodelers near Boiling Spring Lakes, NC

Hello, my name is Alan Breakfield. I am a licensed General Contractor of North Carolina. We offer New/remodeling residential and commercial projects. We also offer lot clearing.

"We had some initial communication issues but they worked itself out.  The area was a small space that turned out to be a bit more difficult than expected such as the sink be installed poorly by a previous contracter but Chris was very professional and did a wonderful job.  He fixed the sink so it was installed properly.  He pays great attention to detail and does the job right.  I also used them to re-do my flat roof in the late Spring.  They got the job done right away and for a reasonable a good price.

"The work performed by Shaine unlimited turned out great. Turn around from quote to install happened in days and not weeks like other contractors. Job site was kept clean and workers went out of their way to address minor items which were not a part of the original job which was a pleasant surprise. We would definitely utilize them again for future projects."

"It was a good experience. I had originally expected to cover the existing tile with textured paint, but Charles discovered that some of the tile was not attached and recommended replacement. I agreed, and the project began. The crew covered everything that they couldn't move, moved the rest, removed the tiles and painted the ceiling, cleaned up, and put everything back. A pleasant experience, start to finish. And the room looks much better."

"My new floor looks amazing! The staff was very informative about what to choose and expect with the floor I wanted. They were efficient, courteous, and they made certain to cleanup upon completion. I will definitely call them again when I’m ready to do my next room remodel."

"I am so so happy with the outcome, it is beautiful! I was picky with my finishings, but this crew knew exactly what I was looking for in my remodel. They are the ONLY people I will ever call if I need more work done. My home looks like an image from a magazine, and I'm happy being home enjoying my new remodels.. I love it.. Thank You so so much guys!"

"I would definitely hire this group again.  They were professional, friendly and trustworthy.  They quoted a reasonable price, stuck to it and made sure all the punch list items were complete before they left.  The quality of work was very good and they stuck to their time frame.  Again, the best recommendation I can give is that I would definitely hire them again.

"Fantastic! Tim did our kitchen backsplash including between the range and vent hood. Very professional, done in the time frame as planned. Tile looks wonderful. Would definitely hire again for future tile work."

"My floor looks fantastic! I'm very happy with the work that was done. Easy communication, polite, would recommend."

"Very happy with the level of service provided. Would have been 5stars across the board, the only negative is my house and back door had cement splashed from the pouring of the cement pad. Although they tried to clean it up, my house and door still has stains and unfortunately the glass door has scratches from the removal of the cement. The team that worked on my project was very good and professional. I would recommend this company, for sure. I would also recommend putting a protective tarp up before pouring the cement pad."
