Someone was here within hours, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, set up a date for repair within a week, and showed up exactly when they said they would to fix the problem. "They did removal of old broken-down encapsulation, redid, made air-tight, waterproofed, mold and mildew treatment, French drains on two sides, drained cinder blocks, filled holes left from previous drains and vents, installed new sump pump and dug in, leveled-the slanted area for proper drainage, installed new exterior drain, relieved 4" of standing water and established proper flow. PROFESSIONALS TO THE MAX!!! It's gorgeous and clean and brilliantly done. I can't say enough good stuff about Patrick and his crew! Even after traipsing in and out with wet, muddy old encapsulation materials and debris in the rain, they left my place in sparkling condition -- NO evidence of them ever having been there! So, by appt #3 I got Carlton. He was great. I do feel like the price was too high but that’s a Groundworx issue. NOT a Carlton issue. I understand the rep doesn’t control the cost of services. The guys were great. Beyond awesome. They explained so much and helped me with my silly questions.
