We had Marc and his team take out a concrete slab and extend our patio to include a 1/2 brick wall with pillars! The job that they did was even more beautiful than We even envisioned! Marc was professional, his guidance was second to none, was so prompt in answering all my questions, and the job was done in record time even with fighting all the inclement weather! We could not be any happier with the job they have done for us! We have recommended Marc and his team to many of our friends and neighbors! We are the envy of our neighborhood! Great job!

Marc and his workers were the most honest, reliable and hard working company I have worked with in 22 years in Winston-Salem. Marc did landscaping in my yard which hadn't been touched in over 15 years and then he put in a stone patio. Every step was discussed and I was given choices of materials with reasons pro and con for each. His men would work until it was too dark to see if that's what it took to get the day's work done. It didn't matter that it was very cold and drizzling. I was so thrilled with his work that I have hired him to do additional work for me in replacing a deck and sunroom in the back of my house.

Highly recommend Marc Cauble! He did a fantastic job on our front porch (pointing/tucking brick mortar)...grinding out mortar....replacing bricks that were a good match....working with a local company to core drill the rails back in place...and more. Very good pricing...friendly...honest.

Marc was very professional and prompt. He kept me included in the loop about process and time frame. He rejuvenated and repaired our 30 year old front porch stoop. The transformation was amazing. He paired the mortar color perfectly . He worked for hours and still only charged a very low price. We were more than satisfied with end result. I have before and after pictures if anyone is interested. He is very friendly,honest and does a terrific job.Would call him again without hesitation.

I hired Centralina to design and install a backyard landscaping project, including grading and bringing in soil, lots of plants, a circular stone paved area, and a firepit install. From the beginning to the end of the project, Marc and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Marc listened to my ideas and came up with a beautiful design, and he was flexible in tailoring it to my tastes and budget. I could not believe how much they could get done in just a few days! Marc was also great about keeping me updated, responding quickly to messages, and overall just being super knowledgable and friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone! I LOVE my backyard now!

Marc worked with me to find the right stone for my patio. Gave good advice/ suggestions. Marc and his crew were prompt and quick at getting our project completed. They even showed up on a day they were not supposed to be ther because of the threat of rain over the weekend.

Most outstanding job and easy to work with. Very considerate of our home and excellent job of handling equipment and supplies. They were here five weeks, on and off due to weather, and worked under the hotest conditions. They never quit due to weather or complained. When they were finished, we felt like they were are close friends. Throughout the construction they were cooperative and considerate of everything. We would highly recommend them to everyone. Marc is knowledgeable and very experienced. He knew everything we asked him and was very thorough in answering our questions. You will be pleased with him and his men.

I had an initial meeting with Mark; It was rather rushed and continually interrupted. By his receiving cell phone calls from his construction workers. He offered no ideas or insight to the project. He specifically told me that an architect design will contact me to draw a plan. No plans were drawn, no designer contacted me, and there was no more contact from Mark. Evidently he did not want to do the project. If he would have told me I would have completely understood. I believe that his failure to re-contact me, was rude, unprofessional, and demonstrates poor business.

"This customer is absolutely correct, we dropped the ball, and I apologized to her about that. We met with her during a very chaotic time, our offices were moving and I had a death in my family. I left her in the hands of another landscape design company that was supposed to contact her and come up with a landscape design, and then contact me. They never contacted her and I failed to follow up with the design company. Truly this is my fault and I do apologize."

The landscaping was well planned . The job took a little longer then planned but " NOT " the fault of the contractor. The weather delayed the jobs completion. Mark the owner and the workers were very friendly and curtious. I would definetly recommend this company to my family and friends and use them in the future. Thanks guys for a top notch job..

It all began well, but Mark became busy with several enterprises and became more and more difficult to reach. He has many irons in the fire business-wise, and vacations while jobs are underway. That situation led to a disastrous job on a part of our major landscape project, when he left a brand new hire in charge who could not read a drawing. When Mark finally returned, he had to redo much of the work. We asked that he not leave anymore while work was underway, and he became defensive, saying his family comes first. And then he stopped returning calls and unilaterally quit the job altogether! He left us stuck with having to pay for drawings.

"Parts of this review are true, when we began working for this customer things went well, we had a great relationship. Our customer struggles with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and can be rather hard to please, we found this out when we learned that we were the fourth landscape company to work with him. Somehow we managed to work with him, completing four phases, and he called us to come back time and time again. Although difficult to work with, this disastrous project was fine until, I told him that I could no longer work with him. The new hire that cannot read a drawing is actually a landscape design graduate, so this statement is not true. I never went on vacation while his project was underway, although he did have a plant that died while I was on vacation. After multiple phone calls for 6 months on Sat. and Sundays, I thought it best we part ways...that is the truth."

Mr. Cauble did the hardscape work for the smae project. I've completed the planting and finish work. Marc worked well with my schedule and was comfortable with our conversations to do what he needed without my supervision. I'm very pleased with the job.
