The Installer DID NOT have or used any STUD Finder or any other tools to avoid hitting the sewer pipe during the installation thus clearly showing that Closets by Design does NOT care about the destroying customers homes or have the skilled or professional installers or they provide the, with needed tools or compensation to do a professional installation. They rush through jobs and these mistakes are made and customers like us are left to suffer it’s Mold inside our home as a direct result of their negligence. We learned our lesson the hard way but I want others to be aware as we are the cautionary tale for the greed and neglect of Closets by Design who employ sub standard installers who do not have the right tools or expertise and what happened to us and as you can see from the pictures is a living proof of the same !!"
