"Kevin and crew were excellent. The carpet and upholstery cleaning was done on time and with respect for my home. After completing the cleaning, Kevin alerted me to look for any spots that might reappear as the carpet dried. I was to call him if that happened and he would take care of them, which he did!!! "It went well. There was nothing specific I liked about the way they treated me or their service. They just cleaned the vents. There was nothing really extraordinary. The staff was friendly. They did a good job. Obviously, some of the vents, when they took them out, they took the paint off but I guess that's what happens when you have the vents removed."
