If I could give negative stars I would. Advance Consulting Services, from North Myrtle Beach will take your money and leave you with incomplete work. The address that is listed on the website and contract is false and is an abandoned building. After paying over $40,000, communication ceased. Throughout the construction process things were not done as was outlined in the contract. There was always an excuse as to why the addition of the house has not been started, it was from workers being delayed on another job to materials being delayed. The workers who were supposed to work on the addition never showed up and constant excuses were given. Workers tended to not show up when they were supposed to. We were told blocks and insulation were supposed to be delivered on a set date, but items weren?t delivered until a month later and there was always an excuse of why the materials weren't delivered on time. My home is still incomplete and the addition to my bedroom was never started.

We finished a 450 square foot addition with Advance Consulting Services. They were very accommodating. VERY ACCOMMODATING! We had some issues prior to hiring Advance. Not only was Advance able to rectify our mistakes, they did so in a very "testy" situation. We are very grateful for Advance bailing us out. Good people. Definitely recommend.
