Both professional and courteous, they did an outstanding job replacing 4 fixed skylights with a superior product with emphasis on meticulous precision and accuracy. The interior of the Velux skylights were painted white saving us the necessity of having them painted to match ceiling; the exterior of the skylights were dark gray which matched our shingles. Very happy with the quality of the product and workmanship!"

"He is willing to take on any project and then some. My honest feeling is that his enthusiasm somewhat outpaces his expertise and experience. He is a diligent worker and stays with the project. His painting went well though speed seems to trump care and preparation (He painted over some unsanded spackle repairs). My main problem was that instead of the two painters that were advertised, it was him and what I believe was his girlfriend who was inexperienced and sometimes just watched him paint. It should have been advertised as one painter and a helper. The price though was very reasonable and the finished product was adequate. He is likable and I believe honest and trustworthy. I would use him again especially if it was a project that just needed to be knocked out."

Mr. Silveira took time to make sure that his crew knew exactly what to do and that they were careful of the plants that had to be dug up and replaced as well as keeping the area cleared and tidy throughout the project. The weather was not cooperative and the job took longer than expected but that was not the crew's fault. His crew were hardworking and polite. My only criticism was the crew's use of loud music on the job yet they were polite enough to turn off their radio on request. I highly recommend Mr. Silveira to anyone needing damp-course work around their home. He knows what he is doing and does it well."
