"Very satisfied I chose Quantum Roofing for my roofing project. Jimmy Balson was prompt to include being on the roof with my Insurance adjuster while damage inspection was done, he also communicated by email and phone with my Insurance adjuster and kept me updated on their conversations. At some point during the shingle replacement Jimmy's Company installed step flashing where needed so shingles could be properly applied according to NC code. The Adjuster said the step flashing charge was not allowed....until Jimmy brought to the adjusters attention the code regarding step flashing, a few days later I received a payment from the Insurance Co. for the step flashing charge. I'm not putting down my Insurance Co. or the Adjuster, I'm thankful for them both along with Jimmy Balson of Quantum Roofing for being professional and so knowledgeable of the Roofing/Insurance business. Daniel the site supervisor was helpful and very courteous along with all the other workers who were polite and did a good job cleaning up after the roof was done.
