"James was honest, humble, and not pressing during our negotiations. Ultimately, he was very fair and affordable. When it was time to install the gutter covers, he showed up, completed it on time, and cleaned up like he was never there. Also, he was very understanding and accommodating for a few requests on areas of problem in my gutter system (used a different material where water flow is stronger than the rest of the gutter). "I live in Florida an own a rental property in Rochester NY. Needed some one to diagnose a give a estimate to find a kitchen ceiling leak. He had to come twice as Tenant was a no show 1st time, He came again found the source of the leak (a leaky faucet in upstairs Bath). Gave a fair estimate an repaired the ceiling an replaced faucet. "They did a great job except for not replacing 2 pieces of siding they removed when installing the new roof. I felt like for $14,000 you could at least leave it better than you found it. Now we have to try and find someone to repair what they ripped down. We still have been able to find Antony to fix what they left unfinished. Very frustrating."

"I hired Capps Excavation to cut in a new driveway and he did an amazing job. Took down a few big trees that were in the way and that didn't phase them at all.
