"If you are considering an epoxy floor for a sun room or garage definitely keep Nancy Martin at The Garage Authority in mind. They fussed over every detail, removed an old carpet and the ugly adhesive underneath, fixed imperfections in the concrete slab, and delivered a job that was perfection including a copper chip finish at no added charge. Did concrete steps to the basement too, went underneath a storm door for continuity. These are exceptionally responsible people. They really care. Harold from Horse Shoe, NC."

"We loved that they sent a reminder, and that they were on time. Edgar and his crew were very polite,professional, and respectful of us and our home. After the job was done (each day) the put everything back where it was in the beginning. The ceiling looks as good as, or better than it did before the damage. "Your problem solved not only did a total rip out of our bathroom but Dylan and Jared did all the work from installing the tub, the tile the vanity , installed all the plumbing fixtures , painted , repaired sheet rock , installed electrical switches , heated flooring and in addition they installed storm doors , deadbolts and cleaned up everything after each day of work , we didnâ t have multiple contractors in and out and in addition they installed a whole house water system, Dylan s expertise might be plumbing however he did a fantastic job on everything and he provided a detailed bill before they started and a detailed invoice afterwardsâ ¦ the cost was well within our budget and when it comes time to redo our basement, there is no doubt who we will call.. Highly recommend him and feel free to call me 843-694-7966"

"Post water leak restoration of popcorn ceiling was done by a true craftsman. Texture and color are perfect, I cannot tell where it was patched. Utility closet was also repaired and painted to a tee. As above, professional, pleasant, on time, cleaned up after. I could not be more pleased."
