"In March of 2021 Superior Custom Cabinetry came to give us quote on refinishing our kitchen cabinets. The young lady that came to give us our quote was very thorough in explaining the entire process from start to finish. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer every question or find out the answer to our questions are what sold us on using Superior Custom Cabinetry. The work was done in April of 2021 by two young ladies. They were meticulous and did all they could to minimize overspray as well as dust. It took them awhile due to some unforeseen equipment issues, which happens. But overall we were delighted with the finished product. The reason for the 4 star review: At the end of our island we had a wine rack and it was just a dust collector for us. We were told that a panel could be placed in its place to cap the end of our island and would look like the rest of the Island. We thought that would be great and had them put a wood panel over the wine rack. We did like the look that it provided, but when they painted it we became aware that there were several markings on the end that looked like someone had taken a pen and made several grooves in the wood. We were told this was just the grain of the wood on the panel. They came in filled in the grooves, but because they had already sprayed everything they had to paint with a brush and brush marks were left on the finished product which show up in the sunlight. We didn't care for the look with the finish on the panel They also took our a lazy susan corner cabinet out to refinish and when it was put back together the cabinet shelves now rub the frame of the door when it is turned. It was not this way previously. They came back after the paint had a chance to cure, did some touch ups and adjusted some cabinet doors. They looked at the lazy susan and told me that they would have to get in touch with John and get back with us. We have yet to hear from them and it has been at least a month. These are my only negatives on a big job. Overall I am pleased excepted for the aforementioned. Our kitchen cabinets do look really, really good."

He had to come twice as Tenant was a no show 1st time, He came again found the source of the leak (a leaky faucet in upstairs Bath). Gave a fair estimate an repaired the ceiling an replaced faucet. • It tuned out to be the easiest large purchase I have ever made but didn't start off that way.  I don't live in the house full time and normally only there on the weekends in the summer. I was having a tough time initially getting anyone to even come out and give me an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the whole process went with Wize Direct.  I just emailed them the sizes and answered a few questions. They emailed me a great price, 3 weeks later I had new windows! They didn't ask me for any money up front, as a matter of fact I had to remind the installer to take the check after he walked me around the job and showed me how they tilted in to clean. They worked around my schedule and everyone was so nice. The installers were real craftsmen and the windows are great! I only wish I had them replace the sliding glass doors, I guess that will be next years project.

"We used Pro Plumbing twice, once for service and a second time to replace my water heater. Both times they were prompt and professional. The service fee for just coming out to troubleshoot was inexpensive, which was greatly appreciated. For the installation of my water heater, their rates were competitive with other plumbers in the area. The service tech (Fletcher) was knowledgeable and explained everything in detailed. He was also patient while I asked him loads of questions, and he offered me lots of options for units and how he could install them to fit our tight closet. Everything seems to be working great (it has been about 6 weeks)! I would definitely hire them again."

"We engaged Clean Hands Painting to paint the exterior of our house in the summer of 2018. I was immediately impressed by Junior at our first meeting. He showed great attention to detail and gave us a very fair estimate. Junior and his co-worker, Ephraim, were meticulous and cleaned up after themselves at each step along the way. They were the cleanest painters we have ever had work on our house. They pressure cleaned the house, repainted the wood, the metal railing, outdoor shutters and the front door. They also cleaned and stained the deck, which required replacing several of the boards that had rotted away. They carefully sanded the areas around the windows and repainted them. Additionally, they worked around our schedule, which was a huge help for us. They were responsive to all our calls and texts.
