"I have used the services of John Adams/101 Building Services for my home and had great results.  Our church needed some exterior repair and I asked John to give us an estimate for the work.  After I received his estimate we met at the church and discussed exactly what needed to be done.
John not only did a quality job for each of the tasks on the list, he noticed some additional related items that needed work and, after checking with me, repaired those also.  For example, he powerwashed much more than the portico and steps that we contracted for.  While he had his gear hooked up, he also power washed the front walkway and back entryway.  He also repaired damage to two additional windows.
We have a small church with a limited budget.  John refused to accept any more in payment than what was initially agreed.  He said the additional work was his gift to the church.  Overall, we were extremely happy with the quality of John's work and appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile.

"I met with the Winston-Salem local representative, Bryan Sepich. He was prompt in his estimate, and was willing to work with us when we had to scale back our project due to budgetary constraints. He arranged for a local carpenter to build the necessary framework for the new roof, then came in to do the actual roof, guttering, soffits and tidy up where the roof hit my siding. I found Bryan to extremely quality conscious, and he went as far as sending the siding person back by my house after he noticed something that wasn't up to his standards during his post-job lookover. I'm going to have them do my house and garage in the fall.

We called the company on a Sunday morning to see of they could do something to stop the leak in our metal roof.

They actually answered the phone and offered to help! Mr. Farmer was at our house within the hour and found the leak right away.

He had to climb up on the metal roof in the rain and replace a leaking screw.

Mr. Farmer was very professional and very courteous and completed the job quickly.

"Mike arrive on time and was very professional. He started immediately with the house by applying cleaning chemical. He took his time and made sure every area was clean before moving on. He let water dry on house and then walked around house to make sure he did not miss anything. House and porches took about 2 hours. Mike then did detached garage the same way. The concrete driveway had not been pressured washed in 15 years and he made it look almost brand new.  He was polite and if we need anything extra done he did it without question. We have already booked him to redo our deck, repair vinyl siding and fix a couple more shingles on our roof.
