"Steve was paid $550.00 deposit for labor but did not do any laying of wood flooring labor or other work in our home. Has not returned our money. Steve says that his contract states non refundable. No where on contract does it state that. We feel Steve and his company are not trustworthy in it’s dealing with us."

A floor polisher won’t remove scratches from a wood floor, but the polish can fill in surface scratches and make them all but invisible. If properly installed and maintained, polished concrete floors can last 50 years or longer. Concrete can be a difficult material to handle, requiring expert knowledge in mixing and application. Make sure you’re working with a licensed masonry contractor and that you’re investing in an annual deep cleaning to maintain its life span.
