"The job was done in a proficient and professional manner. The painting crew came in and went over the work to be done to confirm color choices and rooms to be painted. We had already moved all necessary furniture and the crew covered everything with tarps. The work was done very cleanly and fast. "From start to finish, I was exceptionally pleased with the service provided by Treasure State builders. Some understandable supply chain issues related to Covid, but the build team communicated with me throughout. The team of Tom, Chad, Jeff, and Spencer, completed the work in a timely fashion, performed appropriate work site cleanup afterwords, and were a pleasure to deal with. The difference between vinyl and rubber garage door bottom seals comes down to cost, flexibility, and climate. Vinyl is the budget-friendly option, lasting well in moderate climates and resisting wear and tear. In colder climates, it can get stiff and make installation more difficult.
