Eric is very thorough and produces a high quality report that is easy to understand. He went out of his way to complete the inspection in spite of having to report for jury duty and suffering from jet lag. He is very professional and allows you to be present during the inspection so you can find out more about his findings first hand. This is the second time I have used this business and each time was extremely pleased with the results. He also provides explanations of each of the systems, referrals to local businesses for repairs, and a booklet informing you of maintenance schedules for your new home. Highly recommend this business.

I am from out of state and spoke to the owner via a phone call. He answered right away and was very knowledgeable about the area and what we were looking for in a home inspection. He gave me up front pricing, scheduled around my trip to town, and was super amazing. He was on time, on budget and was so very thorough with the inspection. He showed me what he saw as he went and was really good at answering all of my questions, (I always have a lot). He was very quick with the turn around on the report. While I am sure he was busy, he made me feel like I was the only customer he had any concern about. Amazing and friendly. I have some other properties I am considering and will use him and refer him for everything and to everyone. Must use contractor, added to my list of people I will keep in contact with and use going forward.

Eric was prompt to call when I used Home Advisor for a recommendation. He jumped to action, scheduling an appointment the very next day after our call. He was thorough and very detailed through his inspection checking every detail. His report was complete, detailed, and very helpful with remarks that not only reported on the inspection, but gave helpful tips for future maintenance and care of the property.
