"Contractor came out and built a new shop for me, concrete work looks and is preforming great with the floor drain, building was put up in just a couple days and finnished. The building is tight and has held up great for the last 5 years with no problems, I would highly recommend the work and expertise from this Contractor, the professionalism from his crew was also good, they kept the jobsite clean and looking good during the building process."

"This is the second house I have put new windows in within the last 5 years. This time I decided to go with a new company and different windows because I wasnt totally happy with the first home. This company is a little more expensive but the quality of window is so much better that I decided that overall the saving would be greater with this better window. What I didn't realize is that the quality of the work and materials used to replace my window is far better than I ever thought. The work is beautiful that was done so far. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Choice responded quickly but the insurance plan does not pay for all doors to be re-keyed unless you have very few locks. The number of locks covered by the insurance is determined by keyholes, not doors! (Read your policy!) You will likely have to shell out some money to have this essential new-home service if you have more than four keyholes. The locksmith they called was EXCELLENT and made all our locks completely functional. We will happily hire the locksmith again (R.L Locksmith LLC). We paid $201.81 (plus another $50 for some door re-alignment not included in the re-keying benefit) and Choice paid $100 for the job."
