Includes kitchen and pantry, family room with 20 ft ceilings and a floor to ceiling fireplace, living room, dining room, office, laundry room, 2 staircases, hallways, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms applying some with spraying and some with roller or brush. I would highly recommend!"

He did a fantastic job repairing one bedroom wall and we were very pleased with the texture ceiling and paint job. I didn't quite realize how messy removing the popcorn ceilings would be. My only complaint was they should had cover the furniture more or let us know in advance that we needed to cover the furniture before they started. We appreciated Burch coming back couple days later to double check if there was anything they missed and if we were pleased. Great customer service. "went too long...multiple tries for same claim...CHW needs to verify their service partners before enlisting them...as the first one was a fraud (and cut a big hole in kitchen ceiling) and second one did not keep his appointment until we called...third one was very responsive and fixed it property (but by then we had found the source of the leak). Then started the next inning to fix the hole in kitchen ceiling, paid the service fee twice (once for leak repair and then for drywall repair)!"

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
