"It was easy. No one came to my house. I answered their questions. Those answers provided them with what they needed to send me a DIY system to arm my home. Everything was explained and all seemed simple until I got the kit. Nothing was wrong with the kit, however, I was nervous that I would not line up door and window sensors correctly. Afterwards, I could not figure out why I was so hesitant and nervous. I have tripped the alarmed, was quickly contacted and false alarm cancelled."

"OK first of all I never write reviews, dont have the time. However, the experience I had was amazing. I mean from when they answered the phone I felt comfortable. No high pressure, very straight forward salesperson. I called two other companies and both tried to upsell me from what they advertised. I am so happy I called Skycover! They did not try to upsell me. I purchased exactly what was advertised and saved even more money than I thought. I got a video camera for free with the system! I have a home office and now I can see what my assistant is doing from anywhere I travel in the world and I frequently travel to China for work. The system arrived to my door in a beautiful box and I will admit was concerned about setting it up, but it was plug and play just like the salesperson said. It took me less than 30 minutes in total and was super simple. I control everything from my phone. "I have been very happy with them I've had them for like seven years now. The home warranty you pay a monthly fee I think ours is like $80 a month so when you need something you call them and they send somebody out. It's a $75 service fee, but anything on top of that they pay for. The home warranty thing, every time you buy a home people try to throw in there to make it sound like it's better or something and I have bought all different kind of houses all the time and this one does not do that. Actually it has worked out pretty good, but then you have to understand the rules, read the details what they cover and what they don't cover and what the rules are. It costs $80 a month because it's got all the coverage even the pool, pool appliances, garage door opener, fans everything so that is $80 a month. It is a $75 service fee every time they come out, but just have the base one to cover the air conditioner alone is worth it. For $75 they fix whatever."
