I appreciated his color suggestions (I never would have picked a red roof, but I love it). They hauled the demolished back deck away, moved our deck furniture and raised planters off the side deck and replaced it when finished. They also extended a downspout so it would drain away from the house and built a step from the bedroom door to the back deck and moved firewood away from the deck so I didn't have to. These were all thoughtful and not inculded in the bid. All the crew was cheerful and nice to be around during the time they were here."
