My name is Dan, I'm the owner of 406 Remodeling and Construction. I've been in this field of business for over 10 + years. I started out as a laborer working for a few different local companies building residential and commercial properties and improving my experience in carpentry. From there, I used my skills and creative designs to build my first residential spec house. Now, my primary focus is both new construction and repairs/restorations. I always treat my clients fairly by giving them all materials at cost as well as free estimates and bids. I have love and passion for what i do and take pride in my craftsmanship. I guarantee the job will be done right the first time and will exceed your expectations. After-all, my goal is to listen to your needs, design it to your specifications and build it to your dreams.

We hired Dan to build our deck. The craftsmanship was amazing and we are very happy with how it turned out. The price was very reasonable. Communication, however, was not so amazing. There were multiple weeks where he did not show with no explanation. He asked us for the final payment before the project was finished. He is skilled as a contractor, but definitely needs help in organization and communicating with clients.

Dan did an excellent job for us and put my husbands situtation (he has Parkinsons) above all else! He made sure it has safety features and I totally trusted his judgement immediately! We hired 406 Construction to finish remodel work on our main bathroom. They were able to complete the work on time and in budget. Very friendly crew that was willing to work around our animals (we have curious cats) and were more then happy to show the work they were doing as they completed it. Highly recommend
