"Erik did an amazing job on this project. His communication and follow through were excellent. I highly recommend Smith Construction!"

"Had Platinum Tech install a bunch of smart lighting in my shop, install more outlets and fix and upgrade my wifi setup. Top notch work!"

"I hired Capital City Handyman Services for just a few small things in my cabin. Plumbing was a big issue and he replaced all the pipes that that were old and cracked. Then he built a retainer wall for my basement and insulated and winterized it as well. All of this was done in a timely matter. He was thorough, clean, and perfesional. He also installed flooring, and put in a new kitchen sink. I give Capital City Handyman an A plus. Well done! He also trimmed my trees!"

"Parts was ordered and arrive fast. They should be installed in a few days."

"While they got the job done eventually and their customer services and techs were sweet, the company needs to be MUCH more crystal clear and upfront about a few things before they eagerly take payment. 1. This is not a company for novice clients as they only do work remotely and expect you to have all hardware properly installed before hand. So perhaps they should only sign up for software issues with clients like me who are hardware dummies. I had to struggle on my own for hours buying and trying to figure out where to plug items (again I am basically an old lady technophobe as they say). 2. They also don't make it clear that you are not scheduling an appt in the traditional sense but rather scheduling a position in a phone queue at say a time like 7 pm eastern. So you end up sitting by the phone at 7 pm for 45 minutes waiting for them to call (since apparently you are 10th in the queue). All this is fine, but it should be the first few things you bring up when someone works with you esp for 137 an hour as there are other local companies one can work with if they seek non remote service. In short, your people are great and sweet, but the upfront disclosure is lacking."

"My air conditioner was not working so I contacted my home warranty service and they sent a local company representative to checkout the problem. It was a capacitor - the technician installed the part and it has been working ever since."

"Josh did a great job with the stairs! He was very timely in being able to get us a quote and order materials. Communicated very well throughout the process and able to get things done efficiently. After installing the deck he stained the staircase and it matched the original deck very well. He cleaned up after himself and all went great! Thanks! Will consider him again in the future when we need something done"
