Other companies on the Internet claim to provide computer repair service via Internet access, but many of them are scammers (I have fallen prey to that myself, and my computer crashed as a result) but Jim is honest and trustworthy, so know that you don't have to worry about him taking advantage of you in any way. He will even take the time to teach you how to avoid scammers and other malicious things like viruses, which most computer technicians won't do. I recently purchased his monthly maintenance services. Every month he checks out my computer via the Internet and scans for anything malicious and looks at the overall function, and now I can rest easier knowing that Jim is watching over my computer's health. In today's world, you may feel like there is no one you can trust with your computer, your data, your personal financial info, or even your identity, but Jim is one person that you can indeed trust.

The house having been built in the 50s, things are not plumb and square. He was able to work around those problems and the door is in, and again a well done job.. "They should get their contractors to answer the phone and return phone calls. After the third phone call, I wasn't able to get an answer back. I said enough of that noise. I never did call American Home Shield back, I probably should have. They did what they were supposed to do. They called one of their people out and they never called me back. So they did their job. They did it the same day. They sent me an email saying that they contacted the service provider who was supposed to do the work."
