When we went to replace windows, we did the research and settled on Renewal by Andersen of Montana. We have not one bad thing to say about the company. From the in home sales straight to install...wonderful job. Not our first rodeo with major renovations, either. Contact was great, crew was great, customer service amazing...would totally recommend them! Expensive? Yes. He has made house calls for me before and he has fixed my computer remotely via Internet access many times, which is very convenient. Other companies on the Internet claim to provide computer repair service via Internet access, but many of them are scammers (I have fallen prey to that myself, and my computer crashed as a result) but Jim is honest and trustworthy, so know that you don't have to worry about him taking advantage of you in any way. He will even take the time to teach you how to avoid scammers and other malicious things like viruses, which most computer technicians won't do. I recently purchased his monthly maintenance services. Every month he checks out my computer via the Internet and scans for anything malicious and looks at the overall function, and now I can rest easier knowing that Jim is watching over my computer's health. In today's world, you may feel like there is no one you can trust with your computer, your data, your personal financial info, or even your identity, but Jim is one person that you can indeed trust.

"Built a deck for me and did a great job. Once completed, and based on the work he did on the Deck, I asked about replacing a back exterior door. The house having been built in the 50s, things are not plumb and square. He was able to work around those problems and the door is in, and again a well done job.. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"They should get their contractors to answer the phone and return phone calls. After the third phone call, I wasn't able to get an answer back. I said enough of that noise. I never did call American Home Shield back, I probably should have. They did what they were supposed to do. They called one of their people out and they never called me back. So they did their job. They did it the same day. They sent me an email saying that they contacted the service provider who was supposed to do the work."

"He was awesome.  He called back, but he was working in Reed field, North Carolina and he could not get to us for a couple of days.  By the time, he got to us we had already gotten the other estimates, and we were pleased with him.  Hampton guy was great.  He was really quick to get back to us, but he had other projects that he had already lined up.  The experience was very satisfactory.  He was very courteous, and prompt.  He was very honest in saying that he cannot get to us, and if we needed to have this work done now, then we need to have to get somebody else.  I appreciated that."
