Kai rescued us from another contractor who strung us along and did nothing for 3 months. He swooped in and got everything done in record time. He was all business and knew how to coordinate with sub-contractors to get the work done. He was very professional and patient with us as we negotiated and navigated a complete rebuild when a large tree destroyed the house. He worked spectacularly with our insurance company to get payment for what we needed. Kai is the best, knowledgeable, connected, committed, dependable, reliable, and trustworthy. I can not think of a reason I would ever call anyone else.

We had three rooms converted into a great room and two bathrooms redone. We just told them our ideas, and they went to work - all this was done long distance. They emailed, called and texted with questions and suggestions throughout the process. Everything turned out as we pictured it or better!

They did a great job they removed a partial wall tiled our shower and around ew tub that they also put in and a new fan we were very happy with their work and we did hire them again for refinishing our hardwoods and putting new hardwood in our dinning room plus tiling our backsplash in kitchen we feel they are reasonable and do outstanding and professional job

The gentlemen that installed the new flooring are very knowledgeable, helpful, hard working and honest. I would like to hire them again when I'm ready to have the upstairs done in my home.

The floor was installed quickly and expertly. Wes, the installer was courteous and efficient.

I had a difficult subfloor to install over because it was not level. The workmen did a great job in leveling it and installing the flooring. I will certainly use them for any other finish work in the future.

I was so very pleased with their promptness, work ethic, and workmanship and I would certainly recommend this company to others. The very fact that I am having them do another project gives credence to my recommendation. For the amount of labor and materials that were needed to complete this project, I think the bill was extremely fair.

Kai and his crew Wes and TJ showed up and really knocked it out of the park. They all did a great job and delivered an outstanding floor and stairwell. Outstanding craftsmanship and everyone was super friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone and they will be my first choice for future projects.

These folks are a bit crazy....they all bent over backwards to get it perfect, we admit to being a bit fussy, changed our mind on hallway, they changed along with us, didn't change their approach. Cory (can I use names?) was beyond insanely careful, concerned that his work was good......it was beyond good. Everyone took exceptional care of us and our floors, the end result is stunning........

I have not paid yet he is going to bill me, so I don't know what the cost is yet, However The Company Rep, That came to do the job (Wes) was total professional, and gentleman, He did a fantastic job, his workmanship is outstanding, I could tell by talking to him and watching him he is a real professional, I would highly recommend this Company to anyone.
