When my computers crash, he helps me recover my data when no one else can. Recently he built me a computer specially designed for my needs and it works great. Every month he checks out my computer via the Internet and scans for anything malicious and looks at the overall function, and now I can rest easier knowing that Jim is watching over my computer's health.
