"We needed to replace windows in our less than 10 year old home. The builder used contractor windows from Home Depot, and the installers did a garbage job. When we went to replace windows, we did the research and settled on Renewal by Andersen of Montana. We have not one bad thing to say about the company. From the in home sales straight to install...wonderful job. Not our first rodeo with major renovations, either. Contact was great, crew was great, customer service amazing...would totally recommend them! Expensive? Yes. "This company and employees were very helpful, polite and informative on updating and installing my front room window. It did take longer than usual for this project due to the fact that the window is no longer made in my size. So we had to wait for awhile. But it was worth the wait. Both my husband and I are greatly impressed with this company and our window. We have even had compliments on it. We also found that this window brings in more light than the old one. I will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for replacing or adding windows."

"I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
