 + -1 moreI could never get anyone to respond. I went through website first of all and sent email and didn't get a response. I called and talked to a gentleman (never gave his name ). He got all my info as to what I wanted and said he would send me an email by end of day with a quote. I waited 3 days and called again. Another man answered ( never gave his name) and wanted to know who I talked to which I couldn't tell him since they NEVER give their names. He guessed at who it might have been and said when he gets back in he will have him call me, I never got a call...so I called the following week and got just a voice recording even though it wasn't during lunch time. I left a message stating this was my 4th time trying to get a quote, I never heard back after waiting another week. I will not be doing business with this company ever as they don't seem to think I am important enough to just help me with a quote. Bad business!

Description of Work: Had a large picture window reglazed. The service was excellent. Workers on time, mess cleaned up, estimated time for the replacement was spot on. Very happy with this service.

 + -1 moreGot a detailed estimate to replace our 1939 windows with Marvin vinyl replacement windows and to wrap the frames. After reading about quite a few heat shatter problems with the Marvins we decided to go with Pella fiberglass instead.
