"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"Russel Jessop at RussKo Construction Is extremely knowledgeable in the construction and remodel field. We had a 65 x 17 foot RV garage + a 20 x 10 shop/garden room built which included a full bathroom. Throughout the entire process, Russel would always give us several options to choose from. We have been extremely pleased with all of the work from the beginning with the excavation until the very end with the finishing touches of shelving and work benches and enlarged windowsills. Russel has a great connection with all the professionals in the area. Russel also kept us well informed with everything that was going on throughout the entire process.
