Jack Wade, Lambros Real Estate ERA

We used Jack Wade to sell our Missoula, MT home and recommend him without qualification. You only know how good someone is when things get tricky, which they did on our transaction. He navigated health issues on my part which restricted when/how the home could be shown and other challenges including the buyers' initial financing falling through at the last minute. That ended up delaying, but not preventing, closing the transaction. Multiple times he called on contacts he has developed who could get whatever needed to be done taken care of promptly. I am convinced that our deal would not have closed with a less experienced, diplomatic, patient, professional, flexible agent--he even pet sat the dog one afternoon in order for the house to be shown. We cold called him, having done an internet search of top real estate agents in Missoula, interviewing a total of four from our search and referrals. We believe all could have sold the house, most for a reasonable price. He did so in an attractively short time frame . We are very pleased with our decision to use Jack and would use him again without hesitation.

Jack turned & difficult –to-impossible impass with the seller to give a win for all parties. He is creative, genuine, and very professional. He shares his expertise and was helpful throughout the entire process.

He came out, took pictures advertised extensively, showed the place cover though our place was 65 m from missoulate office. Took care of any and all contingencies that arose, explained problems and questions we had. He's very contentious in all of his dealings, with integrity and honesty.

Jack was very responsive, listened to what I was looking for and helped close a diffuclt transaction quicklyand very professionally.

We found Jack on Angieslist and chose him partially based on reviews and partially based on questions asked to agents. He separated himself from others with his knowledge and specific examples of successful sales made in the past. Throughout the process Jack ensured we got answers to our questions and ensured us of his efforts to sell our homes. He helped us sell two homes and  was able to successfully negotiate our new home purchase quickly knowing we only had a short window to close before being homeless. We would recommend Jack to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Excellent. Jack Wade is a fantastic agent. We moved to Missoula from out of state. We did not know our way around town or the various neighborhoods. Jack helped us to quickly get oriented and identify the type of house we wanted by listening to us. He is not a "salesman" and made us feel that he had all the time in the world to assist us. Jack actually found our house for us before it was formally listed. We couldn't be happier. Because Jack has remodeled his own homes, he was a fantastic resource for remodeling ideas, contractors and a variety of other information. We emailed and called him for two years after we closed on our house for advice. He is just a great person and we highly recommend him.

Overall the experience was wonderful. It was obvious that Jack had extensive experience in situations like ours because he knew exactly what to do and was able to produce a solid written offer that was tailored to our needs. We felt completely taken care of and had no legal concerns as his professionalism was outstanding. The closing was not delayed even by a single day!
We will certainly use Jack again in the future if we need to sell and/or buy! 

I was quite pleased with him. He showed us variety of things that would work. He was very good about doing the transaction and about recommending agents and inspection guys. He did a great job of keeping the tenants informed so that none of them left in the transition. He did a great job. I would use his service in the future.

Jack Wade is a fantastic Realtor. He has a great deal of experience and knowledge of the Missoula area market. He does his research and has a lot of valuable advice to offer. He wasn't trying just to make a sale, and he would sometimes point out a house's drawbacks that I wouldn't have thought of. He wants his buyers to be happy with their purchase.
