He was also very budget conscious and suggested work that would help with the ongoing maintenance of the house and roof (which was also coated). I appreciated his color suggestions (I never would have picked a red roof, but I love it). It went from weathered, faded, semi-transparent olive green with a three toned green roof to solid gray with a red roof. I plan on using Professional Coatings again for future projects."
