With -40 temperatures pipes & waterlines broke all over & around town. I called & let them know I lived outside of town in the country & my main water line had broke. They looked at their priorities & fit me in As soon as they possibly could. I received a call back unexpectedly right away & texts letting me know where they were & how soon they could come help me. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
