"Eric was terrific, we have an old bar in downtown Helena and this floor experience extremely high traffic and not always very nice traffic. we hired 'Eric to refinish this very weathered floor. Eric additionally surgically removed many boards and sewed in replacement boards that were seamless " beautifully done " Then applied 4 coats of commercial oil finish that looks fantastic and so far is holding up well .
