BLK Construction remodeled my basement bathroom. This included an alcove bathtub with ceramic wall tile that required a drain relocation, new lighting, exhaust fan, tile floor, vanity and sink, toilet, recessed medicine cabinet, and new paint. They did an excellent job. These are good, highly skilled, people that I fully recommend.

We will hire Brandon over all others in future. He does outstanding work!! Very knowledgeable in all aspects of home construction and remodeling. He definitely does quality work and we will hire him again!!

This is one of the most incredible experiences my wife and I have had. Brandon is a perfectionist and so very professional. Outside of being so very attentive to detail and helpful navigating the communication of a vision to a dream he is a true craftsman in every form of that word. Quality of work was top notch. Brandon put in the extra effort to make sure work was done correctly, no matter how long it took. The only drawback was the crew did not show up at the time they said they would.

Fixed leak in shower pan that original builder improperly constructed. Next guy claimed to have repaired, but still leaked. Brandon and his crew did great work. Also remudded wall and replaces drywall in ceiling below.

They arrived promptly with a snow blower and removed the huge icy berm left by the city plows at the entrance to driveway. They unstuck the car so I could move it out of the way. They plowed a nice wide lane from the driveway to the big garage door and shoveled a path from the garage to the house. Then they cleared a path along the front property line for foot traffic and a path for mail delivery. It was great!

It went very well. They are very detail oriented and went above and beyond what we expected them to do. I would highly recommend them. They cleaned up very well after themselves better than any other contractor I have used.

We had started doing the work ourselves but didn't have the time. Got in touch with Brandon and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He pointed out ways that would improve finished product but not add alot of cost. Finished product was great and done quickly. We would and will definitely hire him again.

Brandon is an expert at building anything. He did an excellent job finishing up the trim work in the basement of my condo. He also did a beautiful job at refinishing my daughter's outside deck and stairwell.

Brandon was incredibly responsive. He performed an on-site estimate and began work within a week. Our methods of energy efficiency required BLK to be flexible in their installation and Brandon was able to do that with no problem. He offered suggestions for improving the quality of the finished product, while keeping within our budget and finished the work within the time frame allotted. We had a small leak in the home that required a section of the finished drywall to be removed and replaced in a closet. Brandon arrived the day we called him and completed the repair quickly. We were very pleased with BLK and will use them again in the future without question.

Brandon Keiser came in originally to do some framing on our home which had sustained significant damage due to an overflowing bathroom sink which flooded a guest bedroom/bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room and living room. Brandon's knowledge of all things construction was impressive. He and his team ended up expanding our kitchen, guest bedroom, guest bathroom, as well as remodeling the dining room/living room and master bedroom. He showed us how we could get the vaulted ceiling look we wanted in the kitchen, guest bedroom, and great room. Because the damage was more serious and extensive than we had originally realized, most of the interior walls in the north end of our home had to be replaced. Brandon's work was impeccable -- always better than we had expected (for example -- he used 2 x 6's rather than 2 x 4s to give the house more stability.) There is no one who will do finer plaster work than Brandon. His finish smooth plaster work is remarkable--showing such attention to detail! By the time Brandon and his crew were finished, they had basically rebuilt 3/4 of our house -- and it was ready for the flooring and cabinets to be installed. Do not hesitate to contract Brandon to do work on your home. He is reliable, responsible, reasonable, and treats your house as if it were his own.

I was doing a remodel and hired Brandon to build some cabinets. While he was there other things popped-up and he could do them. He's great! It's unfair to call him a handyman, he's more than that. Everything he did was precise. He cleans up afterwards. Gets along with other people on the job and is flexible.

Great. He figured out the measurements of the needed cabinets. He got the materials and made then exactly like the older cabinets. He has oodles of gagets to help him and he is very precise in his work. He also cleans up every day and is honest and polite to work with. He also is reasonably priced.
