"As part of a complete bathroom remodel, the existing plumbing in my basement needed to be redone. Derek at 911 Plumbing did an outstanding job. Him and his crew showed up on time and worked very efficiently. Communication was excellent, we were kept in the loop throughout the project and Derek addressed and answered any and all questions we had. These guys really know their stuff and got the plumbing back to code (previous homeowner apparently preferred DIY) I would highly recommend 911 Plumbing, especially if you want it done right the first time!!"

Venting a gas water heater out of the roof is preferable in most cases. Heated exhaust gases naturally rise, so a vertical vent pipe is efficient. The amount of time it takes to replace an electric water heater will depend on the skill level of the individual who is replacing it. For example, if you replace it yourself–and you don’t have much experience–you can expect the project to take a full day.
