Terrible On 12 Jan had Tom O'Connell, owner and sole employee of Orbit plumbing come out and look at my garage heater. We agreed for him to replace with same kind as it is 14 years old. He asked for $675 down and would come out on 18 Jan to replace it. He texted that he would have to delay to the following week on 22 Jan. Since it would be delayed I asked him to just drop the heater off and I would pay the balance for his time. He now will not respond to phone or texts. Will have to pursue legal means to recover funds.

It quit after 2 weeks and they couldn’t fix it so they had another company do it but we had to pay that company and orbit would not reimburse us. Had to sue but still no payment.

They brought in another plumbing co to fix it so we could get cool air and promised to make it right (according to other company it was installed wrong). We had to pay the other co and have tried to get our money back and still have to have the air conditioner fixed as it was just a temporary fix this summer. We bought our furnace, hot water heater & air conditioner from them. We filed a civil suit in court and they did not appear so we won by default. He never returns your calls and promises to show but never does.

the hot water heater did need replacing, the water lines did not and was told that in order for the tank less system to be under warranty, the water lines would have to get replaced.

The other job they sold me was remodeling the bathroom. This was not done very well, a first grader could have connected the dots better.

Over all, the water lines did not need replacing at all, and Thomas O'Connell the owner would not respond to my questions via facebook messaging. I have all the paper work on this. The job is not completed and have not seen hide nor hair

of these people in a long time now and the company ignoring my calls and letting it go to voicemail is not acceptable.

There has been damage done to my bathroom countertops, shower molding on the enclosure and medicine cabinet was painted and the worker using solvent or something to remove paint on the right side, causing the finish to come off.

I would never recommend this company to anyone, the better thing to do is look at reviews on the net and here on Angies LIst, then go from there. Orbit Plumbing by the way is not on Vaughn Road, it is in Black Eagle, MT about 8 miles from me.

I called several local plumbers to investigate a plumbing issue that I had. My house had old galvanized plumbing and I had low or no water pressure at multiple points so everyone I got an estimate from told me that the old plumbing was just rusted out and needed to be totally replaced. There were a couple sources that had told me not to hire Orbit Plumbing and Heating, but their estimator gave me the best bid for the scope of work. Their original bid was $2800 but I talked them down to $2600 to equal another bid I had gotten from another plumber. Orbit was the only company that tried to up-sell me with replacing all the fixtures. I'm glad I did this because I believe that my kitchen sink fixture was also plugged up with all the rust from the old plumbing. Also, they were also the only company that offered to do copper piping for the exposed plumbing in the laundry area. This made sense to me if I were to sell my house, it would be more child friendly as they wouldn't be able to rip the exposed plumbing from the wall.
They were unable to replace the fixtures in the bath tub so they knocked $100 off the price so I ended up paying $2500 total for a 770 sq ft house. They were here for 1 full day and a half day. I offered their guy beverages and he didn't take any.
I did ask for a receipt for my records and tax purposes, however they have yet to send one to me.
They may have damaged the water meter while they were here but I'm not certain it was their fault or the meter just decided to not work. The city took care of that so I can't blame Orbit for this.

They were able to come within about an hour of when I first called them.  The plumber was a little later than he said he would be but he did have trouble finding our house.  He completed the repairs quickly and was courteous while in our home.

After talking to  lawyer she called another plummer and he is doing the work for 1/4 of the amount they wanted. They are still billing her for work they didn't complete. They broke a tool that they mishandled and tried to bill the elder person $400.oo for their tool.
