"I am Very Satisfied with the work that was performed and the cost!! These guys know their business, they reviewed my furnace and duct system and gave me options. My original request was to replace part of the plenum at the furnace, it was full of mold. Upon inspection they discovered other problems that should be repaired and recommended cleaning the ducts and installing a UV light to kill mold in the future. My son-in-law owns an HVAV business back in Minnesota, so I gave him a call discussing my options. He agreed with Lightspeed Air & Electric's recommendations and that was all I needed to hear. "Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."
