"Top level service from our initial phone call to the install and clean up. Office staff was helpful and pleasant. We got us an appointment right away. Rich called with an arrival time, was prompt and professional. He was super knowledgeable about the faucet we had purchased for him to install. He made sure to educate me on the manufacturers warranty as well as all the features of the faucet. Rich cleaned up and removed all waste from the job. "The plumber came & assessed the problem area & told how he would do it & told me a price! It was reasonable so I accepted & he went to Lowe’s to get materials then came back & fixed it all in good time! Then since he’s an electrician he fixed my tankless water tank! I’m very pleased with both jobs! Yes I recommend him for everyone!!"
