  This company did a really good job of pressure washing my house, porch, and deck. I have white vinyl siding on my house that tends to get moldy (green!). This is the second time I have used them and the house sparkles when they are finished. I was surprised the white rockers on the porch came clean -- thought would have to spray paint again, but he got them clean. Will definitely use again

  EXCELLENT JOB!!!!! Had NO worries about them showing up, Professional Job Done......I am very happy I was able to find this company with a reasonable price. I called four other companies on Angie's List and one call me back, one took a week and a half to contact me and provide an estimate and one didn't call me back at all. Service Pro called; provided an estimate and a start time. They power washed, caulked and painted the house....they noticed where some boards needed to be replaced, they call me showed me the pictures, allowed me to buy the replacement wood and repaired the damage. Although this was minimal repair, when you are out of town and are depending on a contractor.....you need this trust. At this time they are doing some work for other people that I have recommended them too. If you select them....I would be VERY surprised if you were not happy with the final product

Since they did a good job with this initial service, I accepted their offer to clean the rest of the exterior of my house and everything looks wonderful now

  Mitchell's cleans our house approximately every 6-8 months. He does an excellent job and the house sparkes when he is done. We have a 2-story house that could be considered 3-stories with the back elevation. In addition, we have a large deck with patio furniture. Both the house and the deck look fantastic. He is reliable, consistent, and competitively priced. Do not hesitate to hire this company! Update: I didn't realize I had already rated this company.   I called Park's Housewashing the week prior to my wanting the work done. Alex took my call and said that his technician would call me the following Monday or Tuesday to come out and do an estimate. Bobby called on Monday and was prompt in coming out to my house and providing an estimate, which I thought was reasonable. He said they'd probably be able to do the work early next week and Alex called my on Saturday to schedule it for Monday morning. Bobby and his assistant called my Monday morning on their way to the house and quickly went to work after letting me know they'd arrived. In less than two hours they had my whole house clean and sparkling. It had been over ten years since it was last cleaned and they made it look almost like new again. My long driveway also looked fantastic. I probably won't wait another ten years before having this done again and I would certainly recommend Park's Housewashing services for prompt, professional, and reasonably priced work. Bob in Bilox

  The orginal scope of work was to replace some rotten wood on deck trim and also on a gable and to repaint the entire deck, lattice work, and gable. The orginal estimate was for $800 and the time estimate was 4 days. Dave was very nice and responsive to calls. However, it did take a long time to get the deck painted. It took 3 weeks to get everything primed and then about half a week to replace rotten trim around the deck and paint it. Since it had taken so long to do just the deck, I decided not to get the gable work done. Also, the cost had gone up becuase the material was underestimated and I asked for 2 coats on the floor and stairs. The work was completed on Wednesday of this week. Today while enjoying time on the deck, I noticed alot of the wood work is slanted and/or not nailed on very well at all and well need to be fixed. Also there is a thick piece of wood that has very deep cuts in it that I was told would be filled and painted over to make the wood look nice and smooth; however, he just painted over it. Another piece of trim was cut too short. This was identified the day before the job was finished and I was told he was going to replace it; however, it did not get done. Also, the paint job for the stairs was not fully compeleted. The side pieces were not painted completely. You cannot tell looking dead on at the stair; however, when you stand at an angle to the stairs, it is very noticeable. I gave him a B for quality for work because he is a painter not a woodworker and the paint job that was completed looks good except for the stairs. The quality of the wood work would be ranked a C at the most. Overall, I would not hire him again to do another project similar to this. However, if I had a job that was strickly just painting and was not worried about meeting a strict timeline, I would hire him again since his price is so low compared to other companies on Angie's List. Side note: I took lots of pictures of the before and afterwork. It would be great if Angie's List had a place to upload these so other people can see what was actually done
