She walked the site with me, asked the right questions, and came back with a plan that actually fit the grade and the drainage instead of just throwing blocks at the problem. She explained the reasoning behind every choice, so I understood what I was paying for. Then there's the attention to detail. Every course was level and checked twice, the base was compacted right, and the drainage behind the wall was done properly, not cut short the way a lot of outfits do it. The cap stones line up perfectly. Even the backfill and cleanup were handled like it mattered.
