Justin did not get your contact information. I did call and he responded promptly. Got estimate and paid 1/2 to order 18 replacement window glass panes. Very pleased so far. We’re waiting for order to arrive.

I contacted them on Wednesday evening. He came out and measured Thursday morning. He called me back Thursday evening and told me that my screens were ready. They were very professional and did a great job. They made sure that the color of the screens matched my windows and paid attention to all of the small details that I had no idea about.

Wow! What professionalism! Justin came and gave an estimate and offered wonderful suggestions. The windows were ordered on time. He called when he would be installing them. The windows are beautiful. He and his crew cleaned up and hauled off the old windows. I can't say enough good things about this company. I am thinking about having the rest of my windows replaced too. Thank you Justin.

Elite Windows did a great job replacing a window that had begun to fail. They came and took precise measurements and were able to make the replacement window fit exactly right. There was much more to this window replacement than changing glass and they handled it flawlessly. This particular window was a part of a large set that had curved glass in it. They were able to make the new window look just like the rest in the set and you can't tell that it was replaced. This is exactly what we wanted when we replaced that window. I would highly recommend Elite Window to anyone needing glass work done.
