"They weren't forthcoming about additional testing. Base inspection $299 then additional $400+ for lab testing. Wish I had known for vendor comparison purposes. However, I think it was worth it. Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."

"Jonathon was able to come out with very little turn around time after another inspector had to cancel and I found him on home advisor. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and explained anything I did not understand. Thankfully he saved me from buying a home with thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of issues. Hopefully I will find another home soon and from here on out as long as I am buying in Mississippi, he will be the only inspector I call."

"Mr Bullard was very helpful in assisting me determine the course of action for my problem. He gave me good honest advice and was very kind in meeting me on a Sat when I did not have to miss work. He did not actually perform any sanitation work for me but gave me good advice on what to do based on his inspection and the extent of my problem. If I get to the point where I felt like I needed some assistance in the cleanup (which will be minimal) I would not hesitate to call him."
