I was gone until coming home the end of July and the humidity upstairs was the same. Someone came out on August 8th and repaired it as of today, it is drier upstairs. In the meanwhile, black mold came through the air ducts. Someone is supposed to come out on August 29th in the morning to take care of this. Today is the 25th, I have been calling them up to seven times a day with no response. The downstairs AC is 3 years old. Coming home on the 19th after a lovely trip- that AC did not work. It took 6 days for a service man to come out. He was 2 hours late, discovered something had to be replaced and it had to be ordered. It should take 2-3 days. Today, is 6 days later and nobody has called me back. I'm sitting here in the heat, can't really live upstairs because of the black mold. I'm at a loss for what to do."
