On all request for service, an acknowledgment was immediately received or a phone call with an appointment scheduled for the same day, date and time and follow-up. My AC went on the blink and he was scheduled to be out of town but came to fix before he left that day. Very conscientious! Customer service orientated, listens to customer and does not push for additional services , unless needed. Knows the business. I definetly will use him in the future and recommend him."
