"Very professional....they had done the vinyl siding on our primary home and we were satisfied and so I had them do an entire vinyl siding, gutter, and some window install and also some repair work on the back porch of a rental house. Only snafu was that they forgot to install the shutters on the windows before leaving, but I also forgot about it when inspecting the job. Shutters were onsite but stored in a closet, so we both forgot LOL. They responded immediately and returned by the weekend to finish the job. I would highly recommend this company to do any job small or large that you may have. They also follow up and honor their guarantee....we had a small hole in a piece of our siding at our primary home and a small piece of trim that came loose at the eave of our house...they came and repaired this promptly and no charge."

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. This is the second time we have hired this company, because they did such a good job the first time we hired them.  Our house is a two story house, and there was a lot of rotten wood on either side of the fireplace on the outside wall from a long standing leak.  The crew worked hard all day long.  They showed up on time every morning and left in the evening, and they completed the work on time.  The cleanup was excellent.  I have confidence in this company and would recommend them to my neighbors.  I will certainly call on them again when the need arises.
